Getting unstuck

Caught in a fence, a rock or a hole in the world? Type /c stuck in chat. After a few seconds of standing still, the game moves you to a safe place nearby.

How it works

Type /c stuck and press Enter (typing commands).

You: /c stuck
Game: Hold still for 10 seconds and you will be moved to a safe place.
Moving or being hit cancels it. /c stuck cancel stops it.
      ... ten seconds later ...
Game: You are being moved to the Holo-Crypt at Gallow's Transmat Terminal.

While you wait:

  • Stand still. If you move, or something hits you, the wait is cancelled and nothing is used up. Type /c stuck again when you are ready.
  • A little shuffling is fine. If the game keeps nudging you back and forth because you are wedged in the scenery, that does not count as moving.
  • /c stuck cancel stops the wait if you change your mind.

Where you end up

  • Out in the world: the nearest Holo-Crypt, the same place "Wake at Holo-Crypt" takes you after dying (dying and Holo-Crypts). If there is none in this part of the world, your bind point. If you have never bound anywhere, the entry of the zone, where new characters appear.
  • In a dungeon or other instance: the start of the instance, so you stay with your group.

When it does not work

Message Why
"You cannot use /c stuck in combat." You are fighting. Finish, or run, first.
"You cannot use /c stuck while anyone in this instance is fighting." In an instance the whole group has to be out of combat. It is not a way out of a boss fight.
"You cannot use /c stuck in a battleground." A match is one long fight.
"/c stuck is not ready yet. You can use it again in 4 minutes." You can use it once every 5 minutes.
"You cannot use /c stuck while dead." Wake up first.

Please tell us where it happened

Every time /c stuck moves someone, the game notes where they were and where they went. A place that traps several players is a hole in the map, and we can fix it. If you can, type /c bug right after you land and say what you were doing (how to report a bug).

Nothing else about you is recorded by /c stuck: not your chat, not your e-mail address.
